我们统称的孕酮也就是女性身体内的黄体激素，在怀孕之后我们改名为孕酮。黄体激素对于女性一生来说非常重要，他在例假期和怀孕期有着重大的作用。在这之前没有人知道它在不孕不育治疗(FIV-ICSI) 中也能起到非常重要的作用，他的数字直接影响到 整个治疗的成功率是否高。Ginemed 得一群非常专业的研究人员通过观察和记录每次取卵之后的患者身上的黄色激素数字和之后怀孕几率时发现有着非常不可怀疑直接联系。

为了能够让这次突破的发现，我们选出了专业的Ginemed研究组专门为282位自愿女性记载她们身体内的黄色激素，她们都是正在接受人体外受精治疗者。黄色激素的数据都是在取卵当天记载下来。

通过这次的研究我们做出了一个总结，也把我们这次的总结发表在 第69届美国生殖医学学会的年度会议上，根据黄色急速数量以及之后成功率的相关数字。一般怀孕女性黄色激素数字在 ( 7 y 10 ng./ml.) 之间 这个非常接近我们研究的女性里面， 她们成功怀孕体内的孕酮在(8,2 ng/ml)。

这次研究报告我们已经发表在9月期的Fertility and Sterility 版面上，此次研究有GInemed人工辅助生殖部门里的成员参与都有包括J. C. García Lozano, M. Dorado, E. Traverso Morcillo, E. Troncoso Dantas, P. Sánchez Martín y F. Sánchez Martín。

根据报社的笔记，这次硕士学位是Linea Iavante 和 健康及安达卢西亚进步基金会一起协助组成，为了能够辅助和培训一批新的专业人员。拥有此次的成果要感谢之前一直在为此努力的集团有包括：塞维利亚大学，Ginemed基金会和Ginemed诊所。这些集团除了提供知识之外也给了实习生们很好的平台作为实习的地方。

第一届的圆满结束之后让我们这次因此增加了比上次多出20名额。

此次讲座请来演讲的都是生物医学人员和所有对这方面感兴趣并且想进一步深刻地了解关于人工生殖治疗方面的最新新闻和跟进者前来听讲。特别强调的是此次讲座最主要的目的是要讲述护士在人工生殖整个治疗过程中所展现出的作用和重要性。

护士职业在整个人工生殖治疗过程中起的重要作用，但是却在培训护士过程中被许多人士所不重视并且，因此在这方面的信息造成有限，让许多人都无法意识到。而且对这方面的讲座内容可以说是几乎没有。
所以我们Ginemed基金会希望能够通过这次的讲座和提供了一种新的培训方式，让我们培训出来的护士得到应有的待遇和重视，另一种身份，也希望通过这种努力能够让人工生殖治疗得到更好的效率。

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy and safety of highly purified menotropin (hphMG) and recombinant FSH (rFSH) for controlled ovarian stimulation in a GnRH antagonist cycle with compulsory single-blastocyst transfer.

DESIGN: Randomized, open-label, assessor-blind, parallel groups, multicenter, noninferiority trial.

SETTING: Twenty-five infertility centers in seven countries.

PATIENT(S): Seven hundred forty-nine women.

INTERVENTION(S): Controlled ovarian stimulation with hphMG or rFSH in a GnRH antagonist cycle with compulsory single-blastocyst transfer on day 5 in one fresh or subsequent frozen blastocyst replacement in natural cycles initiated within 1 year of each patient's start of treatment.

MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Ongoing pregnancy (primary end point) and live birth rates, as well as pharmacodynamic parameters.

RESULT(S): The ongoing pregnancy rate after a fresh cycle was 30% with hphMG versus 27% with rFSH for the per-protocol (PP) population and 29% versus 27% for the intention-to-treat (ITT) population. Noninferiority of hphMG compared to rFSH was established. Considering frozen cycles initiated within 1 year, the cumulative live birth rate for a single stimulation cycle was 40% and 38% for women treated with hphMG and rFSH, respectively (both PP and ITT). Significant differences in pharmacodynamic end points were found between the two gonadotropin preparations.

CONCLUSION(S): Highly purified hMG is at least as effective as rFSH in GnRH antagonist cycles with compulsory single-blastocyst transfer.

Summary

OBJECTIVE: Case study where pregnancy is achieved with an embryo that had been twice-vitrified at different stages of development.

DESIGN: Case report

PATIENT (S): Couple with primary infertility of 2 years duration. ICSI is performed due to severe astheno-teratozoospermia. A total of 11 embryos were obtained.

RESULTS: Pregnancy achieved after the 4th transfer attempt with a twice-vitrified embryo.

CONCLUSION: Vitrification is the embryo cryopreservation method that offers the highest survival, development and pregnancy rates, with no damage to the embryo.

Summary

Standard semen analysis is the most frequent study for patients with sterility. This analysis is for motility, concentration and sperm morphology. The last is considered one of the most important for some author. The main outcome of this study is to find the predict value for the sperm morphology in fertilization and pregnancy rates in ICSI cycles. We take 117 cycles and taken the sperm morphology index in 4%. We divided in less than 4% and equal or over 4%. None of this parameter shows statistical different between both groups in order of the sperm morphology. We conclude that the sperm morphology is not a predictive value in ICSI patients.
